my daughter is 3yrs 6months old and she often used to say my front teeth is broken and sometimes its paining as she has gap in her upper 2 front teeth... what is the reason behind it? plz suggest with remedy..

See usually the following of teeth start from the age of 4 1/2 to 5 years but if right now your child is complaining constantly about it and there is pain you should get it checked with your dentist maybe due to some cavity or some another issue so they’ll have to check before anything is correctly suggested to you
