why my 3yrs old boy not having any molar teeth but having front teeth and down teeth full

A. For that you have to check with the dentist to know what maybe the problem has this way very difficult to assist you why it is not happening because all the teeth 20 number of teeth which are important to be there should be there by the age of three years if they are not there then please check with your doctor
