ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi milk teeth will not come again..it will be replaced by permanent teeth by the age of 5.5-6.5. years.. you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination of the broken milk teeth
