my daughter is 3yrs 11mnths old. but still her speech growth is delay. she is only speak 2sentence or three sentences word.. not speak a proper sentence. what should I do??

Encourage him often
Tell story and do lots of fun activities together
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
