Q.

My son is 3 yr old and he is having speech delay problem. He doesn’t follow commands neither understands normal 2 word sentences.

A. That means it is not only about speech delay or child is having an overall delay only so I think it would be advisable for you to consult a child psychologist one time and also a speech therapy which is what is going to be important for overall development of your child

He is able to repeat some of the words that i say but unable to speak some words like phone, water, etc.. He is able to understand our commands and also follow us.
