My daughter is 3years 5month old .she is weak .her weights is 11 kg

A. Hello mom as far as she is active for her age and is also eating healthy not to worry a little variation is acceptable. You can give the child fruits and vegetables, milk shakes , dry fruits and nuts , stuff paranthas, panner , ghee , dals , legumes like chana , rajma , eggs , of preferred, whole grains and cereals
