Q.

My daughter is 3 months old now.I have a doubt whether my daughter is getting enough milk.can u suggest me the some ways to increase breast milk.

You You just see if your child is gaining a minimum of 400 g every month that means whatever breastfeeding you are giving a sufficient also the second thing is if your child is full for a minimum 120 minutes after taking the breast feeding from you that is also a sign that the child is getting sufficient feed from
