ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. hi your baby is 3 year old now see if she has any hearing issue if not you can encourage her to speak by speaking with her frequently and use pictorial books and audio and video

Consult a speech therapist ones regarding the same because the speech therapist would be able to help you with the right kind of therapies if any required because if the child normally does not start speaking by the age of three years you can always take a guidance from your doctorWrite Your Answer Here
