Q.
My daughter is 2 months old and she doesn’t make an eye contact and doesn’t look at the moving objects. So should I be worried or consult a paediatrician?

At 2 months old she should react but some babies take time seeing things so try flash card that is black and white if still doesn’t react to that or follow to take direction of the flash card consult with doctor it’s better to consult so that u don’t stress out

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. compared to their 1st month, when they only focus on objects about a foot away, babies three or four months of age have better color perception and can start to make out other objects besides faces, like toys.
by 4 months, they should also start to show more conscious behavior like reaching for their toys and smiling deliberately at you when you make eye contact.
babies might show a reflexive smile, grinningf for no apparent reason, from birth, but between 4 weeks to 4 months, they'll develop a social smile, either responding to anotherf person or trying to get someone else to smile at them.
