my daughter is 2.8 yrs old...she is 10kg her legs and arms are lean but tummy looks little like thoppai(belly fat) is it a problem????

A. this can be because of gaseous distinction of the abdomen k b cand it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
