Q.

My Daughter is 2.10 years old. She speaks all the alphabets, rhymes, animals, birds, Colors, shapes and so on. but she still not able to communicate with speech. like she can't tell if she is hungry, thirsty, she wants to go to washroom etc. should we approach to a speech therapist on this? please suggest

A. still not communicate with other slowly and gradually baby will.. try making the baby comfortable.. keep encouraging the baby.. let the baby mingle with same age groups.. don't worry
