Q.

My daughter is 3 years old...she recites poems all day but doesn't converse with us. She only repeats what we say to her. This is not autism...right? She can identify colors, numbers, alphabets, animals, birds, shapes, vehicles etc. She also follows most instructions quite well. Please advise me on how I can get her to start speaking with us normally.

A. Hi, how is your kid now? Has she started communicating with you. My kid is exactly the same. He will sing rhymes, identifies most of the things, follows instructions but doesn't converse with us.

A. good morning I would recommend you to enroll your child immediately in a play school most of the children who do not communicate well start communicating properly once they start going to the school
