I have 3 years old kid...she told alphabets numbers and identify the colors and rhymes also..but she didn't speak normally....i

A. the baby is three years of age if the baby is doing all the milestones are properly there is no need to worry some babies baby having expressive aphasia soon baby will speech

Q. my 2 yr 10m son doesn't want to read and write...if u ask to tell alphabets he will say but.he doesn't he doesn't identify the letters and numbers...also he speak up numbers interruptedly once.or twice but speak up upto 50 but couldn't identify it also couldn't right ..what to do?
