my younger son who is around four years of old is having a speech delay.He is able to tell all the alphabets and words related to alphabets..and he will tell all the animals birds shapes in book.but he is not communicating with us properly ..he has speech problem.can u suggest if it's normal..when can we expect our child to talk?kindly suggest.thank you.
