my daughter is 1 year old and is breastfeeding. is it safe for me to consume protein powder?

A. Hello mom would rather recommend that you prefer to have natural sources of protein in your diet rather than using such products . you may include dry fruits , nuts , seeds, dals, legumes such chana, rajma, green gram dal etc , also you may have soya, panner, milk, fish , eggs etc
