Q.
my daughter is 1 year 9 month old.. she makes big fuss while drinking water .I tried new water bottle still she doesn't have enough water causing her hard stool ... difficulty in toilet.. please suggest ways I can give her water.. thank you

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom add some natural flavours to the water if required as a few sips throughout the day would be good , so you can add some fresh leaves of tulsi or mint leaves as well
