Q.
My daughter is 1 and half years old, nowadays she is getting frequent cold and fever. Bcoz of that her intake has reduced and she became lean now. How I can improve her health? Note: I am already giving multivitamin

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases afglong with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be cough and fever which needs treatmentg accordingly along with a proper hydration .

take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
use simply purified water having tds higher than 359 and keep her well hydrated
