Q.
my daughter have cough & cold . she is 3 years cold. Before around 15 days ago she was also infected with cough & cold and recovered but again she infected tell me about the reason?

A. Hello parents Please gently rub warm Desi ghee in the backbone and underarms ....but go for organic one. This helps to reduce cold to a considerable amount. As she is breastfeeding, you take lots of Amla and other sources of vitamin C.

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptotms like cough and fever whichff needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
