My daughter from cold cough and body heating some time it's cold down and some time heats up what should I do

Take the temperature with a thermometer to check whether it is fever or not and on that basis only you can decide whether you need to give paracetamol or not and for cold and cough it would be good if you check with your doctor for the correct treatment to be given to the child
