my daughter 4 month old her chest is stuck due to cold plz confirm what we need to do she is having due to this breathing issues aswell some time

A. inhalation to the baby ygcold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
