My daughter 3 yrs Old is vomitting when she is about to feed, and refuse to eat meal/food whenever offered. she feel lazy as well. plse help.. She could not say a meaningful words of what she want as well till now, it's a delayed speech ?

A. Hello mom yes it is delayed speech as she is already 3 she should be able to speak small sentences as well by now and convey her feeling as to what she wants as such . Would suggest to take her to a speech therapist
