Hi which oats is best for babies..how many meal should be offered daily..she is taking more than an hour to eat single meal..I feel like I feed food most of the time..

A. Hello mom prefer to give plain oats and add dry roast them and you may add your own natural flavours to it . you may start with small quantities as much they can have comfortably without been forced. and gradually increase the quantity , variety & number of meals,
