Hi My son is 7 months old now. What diet plan is good for u? plz suggest. Bcoz he had no patience to sit and eat food. whenever I try to feed him wd kheer or daal,he used to refuse after 2-3 spoons. Shall I start cerelac as one meal in his diet? plz suggest me.

You can give it but it is not considered very healthy for babies. Now you can also start giving ragi, oats, egg your baby. All these things are very healthy for babies and contains all the nutrition and proteins baby need in regular a diet plan. You can start giving all these things daily And baby should take at least four meals in a day.
