My child is very thin and always irritated, doesn't like to eat anything.

Your child is always irritated then that could be due to hunger also and that could be associated with lower level of haemoglobin in the body as that can certainly be a very big reason which can cause an irritation into the behaviour of the child where there is no reason why this is happening
