My child is having cold from past 5 days, using nasal drops but no use, please suggest

Apart from putting nasal drops you can put a pillow under the head of the child and you can also give steam to the child indirectly which would be very healthy and helpful in opening up the nasal passage for easy easy easy and better breathing of your child
