AbhayaMom of a 16 yr old boy1 day agoA. Hello.mama This can be due to low immunity that the child catches infection frequently.. Start to give chayawanprash to the child. This will help to boost immunity.. Amla, oranges, lemon, garlic,. haldi milk etc are some of the immunity boosting food.
