My child is 5 years and 5 months old and she is weak and her legs keep hurting.

A. Namaste Mom If it is only pain this seems to be like growing pain which is quite common in children as the exposure to sunlight is less other is to give massages and also calcium rich foods such as dry fruits nuts and seeds. you can also give green leafy vegetables as well ragi milk panner etc

A. Usually growth pain can lead to leg pain mostly from the age of 3 1/2 hours to 11 or 12 years of age lots of kids and that’s normal that does not mean that there is weakness it is basically called growth pain but if you genuinely feel that there is weakness then consult your doctor
