Dr Sanjay sharmaGuardian of 3 children2 months agoA. mostly child age is very sensitive. u wanna be creative to their diet, and restrict packet food and process food smartly, and give them health organic food like fresh fruits n juice without shugar. childs learn everything by us, so waht we do they wanna copy it, so when u eating u can also give them food or eat together, and u can also use good food for yours so they can easily eat them, and sometimes u wanna be creative to how they eat food, u can chat with them and give food together, they eat them Easley bcoz their mind wil diver into your chat or conversation. but u wanna be careful to this, if u are traveling u can use liquid food or fruits nuts in traveling, don't use oily process and packet food in traveling also. every mom must wanna be a half doctor for their childs.

Most important do not force feed the child
Give her favourite food with healthy twist like thin crust wheat based piazza, burger made at home , home made fresh milk shakes
Make the food presentation attractive by making colour full rotis or cutting fruits in different shapes or roti or paratha of different shapes
