#AskTheExpert my daughter is very weak she is not taking food properly she is 3and half years old

A. Hello mom try to balance her day out , make a routine and also make sure she is hydrated well enough with fluids as well too which is very much important. Apart from that seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables can be given , dry fruits and nuts , milk , panner , ghee . Along with dals at times chana , rajma etc are also very much beneficial, whole grain and cereals , millets .
