my child is 40 months old his not speak mummy n Pappa but other ABCD n poem is speak his don't call mummy n daddy. any suggestions

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no problem is baby is having other milestones normally and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

need to visit your pediatrician for once.
keep conversing with your child more
but never force your child and don't expect perfection at a time.
spend quality time with your child more
stop to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets more than half an hour.
