my baby is 26months old not able to speak even a single word like mummy daddy and if we call her with name she is not listening but she is responding to rhymes plz help me

First of all stop giving ny type of screen exposure to ur kid.. secondly visit a developmental paediatrician or paediatric neurologist or child psychologist for detailed assessment.. Ur Baby could hv developed these symptoms due to over exposure to screen ie > 2 hours a day or it could be due to neurodevelopment delays. You should rule it out ASAP

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if the baby is not even speaking single word and if the baby is having any other delay in the milestone you should consult your doctor and only after a proper guidance follow the advice
