My child is 2.3 years and he is having pain after eating And drinking everything.

A. Having pain in which area mouth it’s throat stomach you haven’t given any clarification for that so it’s better to have an assessment with your doctor on that whatever is needed to be done the Dr is going to give you correct advice after examining the child
