my baby girl is 2 years...last 3 days she suffering with fever cold cough...I am giving syrup...and she is not eating anything... drinking only milk ...what should I do

It’s okay try to give more of liquid food to the child along with milk like soups and all that is going to be good and healthy to be given to the child also start with a multivitamin supplement which is going to be good for your child in the current scenario
