my child have cough n cold from last 2weeks , I'm giving her cold over syrup 6 drops 3 times a day, but still have no effect on her

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2 months old and she is having coughs since last two weeks so give her syrup chericof 1.3 ml three times a day and indirect steam inhalation
