my child has been vaccinated at 10 weeks and running fever 102 F in 24 hours post vaccination, is this normal ? what is the upper limit of fever at which i should be worried?

A. happens due to vaccine give pcm . This appears to be fine as of now and there is no need to worry about the issue right now in case you need a local examination then please visit your nearby doctor for opinion about this .
