Q.

yesterday i vaccinated my baby with 18 month vaccination on her left leg at the site of vaccine there is swelling and redness 24 hours finished after vaccination..

A. my baby too does baby having lumps in the vaccinated area rub ice cube

A. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as xpain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day. you can also apply ice over the injectionx site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continuesx beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

A. hello you can try to keep an ice pack over the area which can help and if it does not help then you may Chk your doctor and also if we needed you may put paracetamol for the child if the child is having fever which would be safe nothing to worry
