Q.

My child doesn’t eat vegetables at all.. he likes only chicken and egg.. is it safe to give daily?

A. Hello mom natural foods are also to be needed as they are one of the major source of. Vitamins and minerals , so try to change the form of it by giving in form of vegetable soups , or make a pulp and add it to dough to make colorful roti , Puri or in rice to give color and flavour . Stuff paranthas etc
