My child 1 1/2 year old, fell off the sofa and vomited once. What should I do? Pls tell me something

A. Monitor for another 24 hours if you see the vomiting is increasing and sudden vomiting is happening then check with your doctor also look for some external injuries if your child has got some swelling because those things are also important to be seen and if needed you can go to your doctor as well right now also
