Q.
my 5.5 month baby fell off from the sofa,she was crying for sometime but she was all okay after 5 minutes .Do I need to be worried?

Dr has checked and told us no sign of injury is seen but I want to know can it be checked by outer physical examination only .Is there is any internal examination is required like xray or something like that don't know the exact term.because baby has vomitted once only I don't know because of gap of feeding maybe.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. it is better to observe the baby at least for one day for any vomitings are irritability for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
