my baby fall off off bed, and vomited once, is that ok??

No projectile vomiting
No fit
No altered sensorium
No scalp bleeding, swelling
Then no need to worry
Just observe ur baby for atleast 48 hrs
If any of above signs
Then visit ur nearest pediatrician immediately
