My C-section is done on 10 January'25. How should I reduce mommy pouch (belly fat) ??

A. Okay sir since you’ve had a C-section right right now you cannot do any kind of a workout if you want to lose weight you please make sure that you are going to lose your feeding also accordingly you can decide but two things I can tell you your is that you should eat mindful you should not keep hogging through the day which is completely normal with Women once they deliver because they feel exceptionally hungry should so you should eat mindful and avoid having more of carbs into your diet currently
