Q.

my breast milk is very low.. when I pump it sometimes it is 10 ml. sometimes 20 ml.. max it reaches 35 to 40 ml that too after trying so hard.. i am taking lactogen powder also in milk twice a day but it hasn't helped yet. it's been 20 days taking the powder. pls advise what to do to increase breast milk
