Q.

#asktheexperts my milk supply is low, it's around only 35 ml from both breast when I pump. I am also giving formula to baby but after giving that he usually poop within 15-20 min and get hungry again. what should I do?

A. mam please do not give anything to the baby other than mother's milk till the age of six months. please take Shatavari powder with milk or water twice a day to increase breast milk supply. feed the baby more often which also helps in breast milk production.
