My breast gets paining after I feed my baby .. while she is sucking it is mild .. once she finishes her feed it's paining me alot both the breast and nipple? May I know the reason for this

Apply an over-the-counter breastfeeding ointment such as Lanolin. ... Apply cold compresses to help with soreness from engorged breasts 5Consider using over-the-counter soothing packs, such as Lansinoh Soothies.Let your nipples air out after feedings.
