hello doctor, today morning my baby pushes his leg on my breast then after that it started paining n breast became harder it's paining alot plz say me what should I do.

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If the problem is severe better consult your doctor for further advice.
