my right breast paining alot, may I know the reason

Hi Sometimes the milk is there you know the breast becomes heavy due to engorged breast which is why you may be having that pain as of now since I cannot check it so I am just giving you an assumption which is most commonly associated with it start doing hot compress for sure you’ll feel better
