My boy is suffering from mild fever, cold ,running nose and cough from past 4 days , we are using calpol , cheston cold and ascoril as of now but there is no improvement and he is not eating any food and not sleeping well , can you please suggest any kind off medication that allows my baby in normal. His potty is also normal.

Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
