my boy is not burping on a regular basis even though we follow the steps and keep him upright.is that fine to keep him upright and not expect a burp.also sometimes milk comes out from his nose.what should I do

A. mam you need to make the baby burp after every feed. massage baby back gently from up to down to make the baby burp. also give some tummy time to the baby during the day.
