my boy is 5 year old,today is only khasi khasi m jor ki awaj hoti hai vomiting hui morning kuf nekla usme

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. after recurring nausea/ vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food.
do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period.
if vomiting ocscurs again then meet your doctor.
avoid giving milk and heavy diet.
vomit usually occurs due to gastritis

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorhiant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.
if fever is there patracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
