My boy baby is 3 months old we are giving breastmilk and formula milk ( DEXOLAC special care)from yesterday night he is going motion after half an hour of every feeding and the stool colour is green with yellow may I know the reason and whether it is normal or not?

A. dear mom. pooping after feed is common in infants. but if the stool is watery, foul smelling, baby is having less interest in feeding then you should consult your doctor
